TESTING POST: SNOWY PARTY TIME

Ahh Hinoto-Ri. City of lights, questionable wards, the 13th Hour and Personas.

SCENARIO 1
We hope you arrived in warm clothing because if not you'll sure be in for a surprise!



Hinoto-Ri is covered in snow! First you show up in a strange new place and now you're freezing cold. Maybe it's just a dream? But...you remember the man who said you were here as a special guest...don't you? Is this the city you're supposed to save?

SCENARIO 2
But tonight, there's a very old time feeling. That's right, there's a party!

It seems some demons got their hands on older musical classics. As you walk the streets tonight, you'll find the city getting into it, complete with outfits and dancing demons.

...what a way to first show up. But is this just a dream? You remember the man who said you were here as a special guest...don't you? You just hope he didn't mean some sort of dancing contest...

Rock isn't the only robot kid wandering the streets today, only this one is wearing grey and red armor. Oh and he's got a very... interesting hair style too, and that yellow scarf sure does stand out. Blues also doesn't seem to be paying to much attention to his surroundings or at least not much attention to anything smaller than him.

Of course it's not Rock that Blues actually notices. In fact he walks right by the other robot without a second glance! It's Rush that actually gets Blues' attention and that's only because he almost trips over the robot dog.

Rock had gave the scarfed boy only a passing glance to start, though before he could act on questioning, the other fellow nearly trips over Rush - who makes a slight yelping noise whilst moving out of the way. Rock, however, assumes something is wrong, and initially reaches toward the red robot. "Hey, are you alright?"

"I'm fine," Blues muttered in response, having just caught himself before he could really fall and trying to shrug of Rock's help. In fact he's just going to kneel to pat Rush once he's not almost tripping over the dog and...

"Sorry about that, little guy. You alright?" Apologize.

Wow, Blues, rude much?

Rock is...quite perplexed by this, to say the least. He pulls back his offered hand to rub a bit at the back of his helmet. Rush, however, enjoys the petting and barks once in answer - he's all good.

"Yeah, he seems alright," Rock answers awkwardly, then glances around. "Do you know where here is? I'm kind of lost."

Blues has only known lesser robots, not other robot master level kinds, so him being nice to Rush is just natural to him. And hey, he does hear Rock and looks up at the other robot, giving a curious tilt of his head because what the hell are you wearing before answering.

"Don't know, I just ended up here," he said, giving Rush one more pet before standing back up. "I think it's in Japan though."

It's totally rad combat armor, man. Blue and cyan is where it's at.

The answer gets a frown and a huff out of Rock - and then a jolt of confusion. "Japan? How..." He takes a moment to mull this over, then shakes his head. "It doesn't make any sense, but if there's more than me that's been displaced, then something screwy's going on."

Why would he want to go to them? He's been replaced by you anyway.

That's nice, Blues doesn't say anything and he's not too easy to read. Expression wise, just because half his face is hidden. By that hair.

"Well, not just that. It's bothersome too." Because hey! Some people were going off to die before ending up here.

Hey, talk to dad about that one, it's not like I actively tried to be a replacement.

Hard to read is right - not that Rock is very good at reading people just yet, but still. Gotta get you a haircut, bro.

"Well, yeah - being displaced definitely qualifies for being bothersome," he answers, folding his arms. There's no obvious attempts to overthrow things with a robot army, so it...might NOT be Wily. It can't be the Emerald Spears, either. "Whatever's going on, I'll get to the bottom of it. Even if we're unharmed, kidnapping people is still against the law."

The hair is never going away. Ever.

"... I'm not human," Blues doesn't normally talk to anyone this long, but so far nothing has happened. He hasn't had his power core glitch out and Rock seems like a nice, but weird, kid. But really, human rules don't really apply to a machine, and the same could be said in regards to being kidnapped too.

Maybe because I actually got over my temper-tantrum instead of running away like SOME ROBOTS.

"Well, neither am I, but I mean people in the general sens--" Wait a minute. "...are you a robot, too?" Clearly, if someone isn't human, then they're a robot, right?

Hey now, he WAS coming home. Only you ruined it.

Slow blink. Really Rock? Really? One would think the grey and red armor would be a giveaway that Blues isn't human.

But then again this is Rock he's talking to.

"Yes." It's a damn simple answer, but there you go. He's a robot.

Hey, you never know. Could just be someone who really likes armor, or something!

Okay so maybe he's not the most observant 'bot at times. He's got an excuse with this whole displacement thing going on. Of course, with them being here, and both being robots, well. That incriminates at certain old man a whole lot more again! Once again, he extends a hand, as well as a smile. "Well then - shall we get to the bottom of figuring out what's going on here?"

Kind of doubt anyone could walk around in this stuff and not be a robot.

So... Yeah, that hand? Getting a flat look as Blues look at the hand, then up at Rock's face and back to the hand. He's not taking it. Ew touching peopleHe has his reasons, and really he doesn't quite care about what's going on here.

There's a moment of pause as his help is once again rejected - this is confusing. "Don't you want to know who, or what brought us here? Or to go home?" You're making no sense, Mister Red Robot!

You can take her with you too.

"I don't have a home." He says those words quickly, and his whole body is now tensed up. Or as tense as a robot can get. Oh and 'Mister Robot' sounded so weird to him, but like hell he's giving out his name to some random kid on the street.

Also WOW ROCK, NOT EVERYONE HAS A LOVING HOME YANNO.

"...oh," comes the awkward answer, coupled with a slow drop of his arm. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..." Stir up bad memories? Bring up something like this? Man, what DO you say in this situation?

Nothing, or at least Blues isn't saying anything. In fact he's back to kneeling down to give Rush more pets and attention.

And actively changing the subject too! "Nice dog, although I've never seen a robot one before."

And then somehow we wind up on a talk show trying to work this out.

Reeeeally awkward. Hoo, boy.

Rush, however, is not awkward. He's making out like a bandit here because ATTENTION OH BOY. His stumpy tail's going a mile a minute. "Yeah, Rush is pretty great!" The enthusiasm is genuine, if shaky because of the prior discussion. "He's definitely one of the best friends one could ask for," he adds, stooping down some himself to pat Rush on the back.

Only if somehow someone gets hit with a chair during it.

Petting the robot dog is a grand distraction, and for a fellow who usually avoids people? Blues seems to be enjoying the time with the dog at least.

More then he seems to be enjoying talking to Rock.

"That's good to hear..." He's going to try and give the closest thing to ear scratches that someone could give to a robot dog.
