Is Paralysis as a thing too redundant with Sleep and Petrification? Maybe as a way to be more unique, it could be something like...
Sleep: Target falls asleep and must be awoken, either by a spell of a physical/element attack. The attack will do 50% more damage than normal.
Petrification: Target is turned into solid rock for a few rounds and is unable to move, but is immune to most spells. Breaking or damaging the target will also cause damage when they return to normal.
Paralysis: Target is paralyzed and cannot use Physical attacks. Spells can still be muttered with 50% efficacy.
Also gonna suggest a few from Soul Hackers: Mark: Target is marked by the enemy. All attacks on the target have 100% accuracy; enemies will prefer to target the Mark when possible.
Bomb: Target is transformed into an explosive. If struck with a Fire attack, target will explode, damaging all allies and suffering instant KO.
