Persona Creator Version 2.0

Oh hai let's do something different...
I'll be revamping the persona creator for the game's 1st Anniversary, and I figured that not only should I fix that up...but what if the players got to help us by creating spells, status and skillsets?
Have you ever wanted to create a spell that your personas could use? Well, this is your chance!
Enter, you, THE PLAYERS(™) Skills can be anything you want and if they are accepted, will be available for any Persona to create and use. It's a fun little thing that can enhance gaming experience to the next level.
COMBAT SKILLS
Combat skills focus on combat aspect of battle. This can be anything from elemental attacks to physical attacks, healing to status attacks. When you make them, make sure you mention the levels they would be available and their strength! Take a list of the current skills to give you an idea.
PASSIVE SKILLS
These are skills that help enhance a character such as status boosts, natural resistance to a spell and so on.
UNIQUE SKILLS FOR SUPPORT/INTEL PERSONA
These are skills only support/intel persona and their uses can employ. Examples include walking on water, analyzing enemy weaknesses, and so on.
STATUS
We have a list of the current ones and we'll be accepting two new ones, depending on what you all come up with.

So it looks like Walker was suggesting Multi Target upgrades and since Hell Flamethrower and the other Single Target Large Damage w/Status are Lvl 3+, Slots 5-8 only, maybe for Lvl Max, Slots 5-8, there could be choices of Multi Target Large Damage w/Status and Single Target Severe Damage w/Status?
So everything is going to be for Lvl Max, Slots 5-8. Feel free to change the names and statuses involved or scrap any bad ones...

Recarmloss: Revives fallen team members, fully restores team's HP, and cures all ailments, but reduces caster's HP to 1.
Piercing Hit: Inflicts moderate Physical damage on one enemy. Cannot be resisted, nulled, or absorbed.
Shield All: Blocks one non-Almighty attack for each team member.
Also, Auto Skills would be cool as hell.
And I feel like we should have an upgraded full-party version of Tetrakarn and Makarakarn as higher level options for Personas, too.

1) I think Absorb Light and Absorb Dark should be added to the list of available max level skills.
2) Add a skill to LVL MAX under Unique - Mind that combines the effects of Life Wave and Aura Wave from the previous level. 'Recover a large amount of life and magic after battle. All allies.'

Trade (Negotiate with the enemy for an item they can normally drop, 50% success rate. Failure results in enemy attack.)
Fundraise (Negotiate with the enemy for money, 50% success rate. Failure results in enemy attack.)
Negotiate (Negotiate with the enemy for a ceasefire, 50% success rate. Failure results in enemy attack.)
Plead (Negotiate with the enemy for Media-level healing to make things sporting, 50% success rate. Failure results in enemy attack.)
Chitchat (Negotiate aimlessly with demons, wasting their next turn, 50% success rate. Failure results in enemy attack.)

***I'd also like to note that as it is, the Support Skill list doesn't make much sense in terms of status ailment healing. Amrita recovers all allies from all ailments and is Lvl 3+, Any Skill Slot. At the same time, Avastha, Confinundi, and Puissanundi, which only recover a few ailments on one ally, are Lvl 3, Slots 5-8 Only. I propose moving Avastha, Confinundi, and Puissanundi into Lvl 2+, Any Skill Slot. Since the Me- Status Recoveries (Me Re Patra, Me Posumudi, etc.) are also Lvl 2+, Any Skill Slot, this makes sense because Avastha, Confinundi, and Puissanundi are Single Target and recover more ailments while the Me- spells are Multi Target and recover fewer ailments.

Static Shock (Allows the user to electrify a metal object)
Heatproof (The user is invulnerable to the effects of high temperatures)

Enlarge (Allows the user to magnify an object up to 10x its normal size.)

Time Delay (Allows the user to halve the passage of time for a minute.)
Steady Light (Allows the user to indefinitely produce light that can illuminate a dark area. Cancels the effects of Quench Light.)
Quench Light (Allows the user to plunge an area into darkness as long as they are present. Cancels the effects of Juggling Lights and Steady Light.)
Skeleton Key (Unlock any door.)
Prophesy (Predicts the target and exact attack that the enemy will next use. Does not use up a turn, once per battle.)

Create Water (Allows the user to create fresh water where there is none once per day.)
Control Flora (Allows the user to control nearby plants for five minutes once per day.)
Weather Control (Allows the user to control the weather within a half-mile's radius for 30 minutes once per day; must be suitable for the season without natural disasters. No other actions can be taken during this time.)

Windwalk (Stride through the air for 5 minutes once per day. Can only move in a horizontal plane as if walking.)
Song of Salvation (Allows allies to attack by distracting all enemies and charming them for as long as the song is sung.)

Time Stop (Allows the user to stop time for a minute once per day.)
Phantasm (Allows the user to become intangible for 5 minutes once per day.)
Polyglot (The user can communicate with animals and understand all languages.)

Control Fauna (Allows the user to control nearby animals for five minutes once per day.)
Weather Distortion (Allows the user to create a natural disaster within a half-mile's radius for 10 minutes once per day; must be suitable for the season. No other actions can be taken during this time.)

Sleep: Target falls asleep and must be awoken, either by a spell of a physical/element attack. The attack will do 50% more damage than normal.
Petrification: Target is turned into solid rock for a few rounds and is unable to move, but is immune to most spells. Breaking or damaging the target will also cause damage when they return to normal.
Paralysis: Target is paralyzed and cannot use Physical attacks. Spells can still be muttered with 50% efficacy.
Also gonna suggest a few from Soul Hackers:
Mark: Target is marked by the enemy. All attacks on the target have 100% accuracy; enemies will prefer to target the Mark when possible.
Bomb: Target is transformed into an explosive. If struck with a Fire attack, target will explode, damaging all allies and suffering instant KO.

Mushroom: Target is transformed into a mushroom, and is unable to move, speak, or act. Physical affinity changed to Strong, regenerates a small amount of HP each round.

Brand is a status ailment that prevents healing - any Dia spell will only restore 1 HP.
Sick is one of the nasty ones: it basically drops all your stats by half, plus it's contagious - there's a chance at the end of each combat round that the rest of the party will become Sick as well.
