The trip itself would be pretty basic - characters end up in modern day Tokyo, except this version happens to be filled with demons because Tokyo Majin wants to be SMT really really hard. It'll probably take place approximately the same time as other events in the Tokyo Majin timeline, with some specific demon contenders needing to be taken down in the background.

Personality: Adorable homicidal maniac
Type of CR Desired: Desco making friends with nonhumans is apparently a trend now, so let's either keep that going or do a combo breaker! You know. Whichever.
Any plans/plots for the future? Desco will continue to be terrible and adorable. Terridorable. Assuming her uncles (and the mods) allow it, she might kidnap government officials and hold them for ransom.
Anything else?: Desco lives in a house with her uncles and maybe Sam Erstwhile, depending on how things turn out. I don't actually remember what district it's in. Her main skills are making things worse and being a nigh-indestructible four year old.

Personality: Something of a genius hacker/programmer, Atsuro is a seventeen year old high school student plunged into a nightmare entailing the end of the world and his best friend becoming a demon king. Typical SMT fare. Regardless of what's going on, Atsuro tries to keep an upbeat outlook and a sense of humor for the sake of his friends. He has a strong conviction in the worth of humanity and believes that man can ascend to great heights if they can find the power to do so; in the end, it's his quick intellect and convictions that lead to the domination of all demon-kind by humanity. ...On his route, at least. His defining characteristic is probably 'loyalty'.
Type of CR Desired: Gamers, programmers/hackers, others who summon demons, high school kids for him to hang out with, anyone, really, is great!
Any plans/plots for the future?: Nothing specific! Atsuro has been here a year now and he's settled into the groove. At some point in time, I might bring out a Boss monster from his world from the Bestiary...
Anything else?: Atsuro lives in Libra 5-07 and has a job repairing computers at the student computing center in the community college. If it wasn't clear, he's a huge geek who enjoys programming, hacking, and gaming.
Character: Phantom Girl
Canon: Legion of Superheroes
Arcana: Star; [Unlucky Arcana: Sun, Temperance, Judgment, Devil]
Personality: A superhero from the 31st century, Phantom Girl is one of a few temporal fish out of water in the opposite direction as the norm. She finds Hinoto-Ri hopelessly backwards and incomprehensible at times and yearns to return to her team, the Legion of Superheroes. Still, she's not about to abandon her job of protecting civilians just because she's lightyears from home. With her characteristic acerbic wit, Phantom Girl does her best to maintain the oath she swore when she first joined the Legion.
Type of CR Desired: Other superheroes (if there are any), people from a more technologically advanced world for her to bond with, other aliens, others around her age (18), anyone at all! Phantom Girl is still pretty new so she's definitely open to meeting new people, even if she is pretty snarky.
Any plans/plots for the future?: Phantom Girl still hasn't unlocked her Persona mainly because the threads I plan to do it in never finish. =P That should probably happen at some point. Additionally, it would be awesome to try and put together maybe not a superhero team, but some sort of organized nightly patrol for Hinoto-Ri.
Anything else?: Phantom Girl lives in Pisces 7-09 and just found a job as a delivery person. She's an alien from a planet called Bgztl, whose people are capable of moving through dimensions, which explains her intangibility and invisibility powers.
Character: Lucas
Canon: Mother 3
Arcana: The World; [Unlucky Arcana: Moon, Hierophant, Death, and Empress]
Personality: Perhaps the nicest kid anyone could ever meet, Lucas's favorite thing is Love. ...He's that kind of person. His background is absurdly tragic and entails rather a lot of death and world-destroying, but in spite of it all, he soldiers on, still clinging to his convictions. Formerly a crybaby and pretty much a total wimp, Lucas learned to become strong in order to protect what he cares about. In Hinoto-Ri, he has decided to rest for a little bit before returning to the task of rebuilding his world.
Type of CR Desired: Others his age (around 13), parental and older sibling figures, other healers, other psychics... Lucas basically wants to make friends with everyone; one of the themes of his game is actually inter-generational friendship.
Any plans/plots for the future?: He just got here last month, so he's definitely still in the process of figuring things out. I'd like for him to eventually trust someone enough to tell them about his issues, but that might be a long time coming. Also, it would be neat to use his Battle Memory as a combat simulation sometime!
Anything else?: Lucas lives in Libra 5-02; someone will need to explain that he should probably be going to school eventually. Lucas is an incredibly powerful PSI healer and can do everything short of resurrecting multiple people from the dead.

Personality: Quiet, brooding, sarcastic. A hidden warmth and loyalty behind a shell of coldness. He's very slow to trust people.
Type of CR Desired: People who are willing to crack his shell of brat. Parental figures.
Any plans/plots for the future? Hopefully getting him to party up more.
Anything else?: Pisces 11-08. He lives on his own and is a quiet neighbor.
Character: Jun Ushiro

Arcana: Magician [Unlucky: The Sun, The High Priestess, Wheel of Fortune, The Devil]
Personality: An angry young man, Jun Ushiro has been deeply affected by seeing his friends and family die around him and facing his own death. With a short fuse and even shorter tolerance for stupid people, he's a good student but a hard person to get to know. He's kind of a dick sometimes. (Most of the time.)
Type of CR Desired: Parental figures, little sister figures, and especially people who are interested in science.
Any plans/plots for the future? Maybe have something with him at school? He could easily tutor some people.
Anything else?: Pisces 6-02. He's easily found around school and in libraries, though. (I haven't decided which school he's at oops.)
Character: Yosuke Otoha
Canon: Karas [Vatheon game transplant AU]
Arcana: Death [Unlucky: Strength, The Tower, The Fool, Wheel of Fortune]
Personality: Normally quiet, with a fairly dry sense of humor, Otoha might seem morally bankrupt to some based on conversations. However, behind all of this lies a man dedicated to protecting others, and who soldiers through any injury to get the job done. He's totally honest about his past in the yakuza.
Type of CR Desired: He's a tricky one to CR with, but he has a soft spot for taking care of kids. I also really want him to get into moral debates with someone again.
Any plans/plots for the future? idk man.
Anything else?: He lives with Johnny and Desco and any threats against them may end up with a visit from him to... convince people otherwise.
Character: Naoya
Canon: Devil Survivor
Arcana: The Tower. [Unlucky: The Hanged Man, Judgement, Death, The Empress]
Personality: A mysterious man who makes his hatred of God quite clear. Intelligent, cunning, and sarcastic, Naoya seems prepared for anything. He comes from a version of his world where his plans failed. Has some issues as a result. He's willing to manipulate people for his own ends, and will string your character along a line of conversation just to see their reaction.
Type of CR Desired: People to actually hate him! Alternatively people who can troll alongside him.
Any plans/plots for the future? Nah.
Anything else?: Pisces 7-05. He works under Brainstorm doing network stuff.
Character: Taro Watanabe
Canon: Original
Arcana: The Sun [Unlucky: Wheel of Fortune, Justice, The Moon, The Hanged Man]
Personality: Happy go lucky and always ready to have fun, Taro is a tanuki from a messed up world. He hides his sadness, because tanukis are supposed to be happy! And yet, if you need a caring friend, Taro is there for you. He's got a serious side that doesn't come out that often, but he's a good community organizer and strategist when he wants to be.
Type of CR Desired: Pretty much anyone. Taro will try to make friends with you. People who like fun are especially wanted.
Any plans/plots for the future? He might make a broadcast in tanuki form sometime soon. Just because.
Anything else?: Libra 6-10. He is also very good at illusions. :3

Personality: A robot boy who was created to be a lab assistant, but chose to take up arms when humanity was threatened by the evil Dr. Wily. He fights for everlasting peace, in hopes that he will eventually be able to stop.
Type of CR Desired: Other kids, other robots, people that make him question things.
Any plans/plots for the future? Possibly some family feuding going on between him and Proto Man, depending on how the comic goes and what me and Proto-mun decide upon.
Anything else?: Rock's apartment is Pisces 9-04, and he's unemployed being a kid, but he likes being helpful where he can! Despite his apparent age, he's quite skilled at working on things related to robotics.
Character: Twisted Fate, the Card Master

Arcana: Reversed Fool [Unlucky: The Moon, The High Priestess, The Star & The Empress]
Personality: A man obsessed with taking chances and pushing his luck, Twisted Fate lives his life on the edge, constantly flirting with disaster and danger. Despite his charm, he's likely to wind up having people cursing his name before too long, as he tends to make more enemies than friends.
Type of CR Desired: Other roguey folks, good hustling targets - lots of shaky/negative CR is good.
Any plans/plots for the future? Piss off anyone and everyone, likely. If there's any plot where we could get the Bad Shit he's done before out in the open, that would be great.
Anything else?: Fate's in Pisces 5-03, and is jobless currently as he just arrived a couple of days ago.
Character: Brainstorm [NPC]
Canon: Transformers [IDW Comics]
Arcana: Reversed Hermit [Unlucky: The Emperor, The Magician, The Moon & The Hierophant]
Personality: An irritable, workaholic, attention-craving scientist with an enormous ego in desperate need of stroking. He thinks he's better than everyone, and isn't afraid to let them know it. Condescension and snark are the usual orders of the day with him, as are incredibly heinous jokes at the expense of others.
Type of CR Desired: All the negative CR ever because Brainstorm is a jerk.
Any plans/plots for the future? MAKE MORE HORRIBLE SCIENCE THINGS
Anything else?: Brainstorm lives in his workshop in the Cancer district and is the guy to go to if you have fancy tech that gets broken, including your COMP. He won't be happy about it, but he'll do it.

Arcana: Justice [UNLUCKY: Magician, Hierophant, Lovers, Tower]
Personality: Serious and sometimes cold, Miyako is now an eighteen year old woman and effectively acts as Chief as she was trained to be. Due to her sheltered and narrow focused upbringing, she is intelligent but frankly have a lot to learn about socialising outside of work-related matters. Along with her dissatisfaction with Japanese society, she have a duty to Japan but is a supporter of meritocracy and tried to make it a reality back home. For a number of Hotsuin related reasons, her relationship with Alcor is less than stellar and she have no IC reasons to mend it.
Otherwise, she's strong and smart, and is at her best fighting and working with demons. And prefers people who are strong, smart or have potential.
Type of CR Desired: Incredibly nosy people to dig into her business (I want her to talk about the replacement double issue), more friends to Fate her up and people she can spar with. Also, idiots.
Any plans/plots for the future? Mostly CR right now, since I'll be on hiatus for the first part of September. But I want Miyako to for CR and awaken Dual Personas.
Anything else?: She lives in Pisces 11-10, works out in the gym floor, can be seen going to JP's HQ, and is the acting Chief in JP's HQ due to her brother's young age.

Arcana: High Priestess (Unlucky: Star, Empress, Moon & Devil)
Personality: Aoi is basically the shonen hero who A) isn't actually the protagonist and B) is actually a cleric and not a front line fighter. This does not stop her from insisting on saving ALL THE PEOPLE, nor from trying to be a frontline fighter - with mixed results. Aside from that, she's very kind and patient with people (so long as they aren't talking about hurting people, in which case expect a Heroic Speech) and just wants everything to work out.
Type of CR Desired: People with other morals she can bicker with. People with similar morals she can bond with. People who can be regular friends who do normal people things like shopping or what have you! I'm more or less open to anything too.
Any plans/plots for the future? The possible Tokyo Majin visit sometime in the future, and she will of course be hit by the truthfulness event! Also, eventually, horrible things with fire. But I'm always always open for plotting!
Anything else?: She lives in her house in Libra! It's very large and hard to miss. She also attends Andromeda High School and does night patrols in the Leo district when on the job, elsewhere when just doing her own thing. Also, Dragon Stream! She uses it for her powers! It's fun.
Character: Hizumi Mizushiro
Canon: Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning
Arcana: The Magician (Unlucky: Death, Sun, Fortune & Tower)
Personality: Very chipper and excitable, although he has a tendency for conversation mood whiplash into the slightly more sinister. He's very intelligent no matter how dumb he acts at times, and knows more than he tends to let on. Deals with severe depression and is wary of "heroic" types. But... for the most part, you'll probably be dealing with the chipper side more often than not!
Type of CR Desired: People who like video games are always welcome! Also people who might tempt him into more philosophical stuff. Also also people who might be patient enough to actually get close to him despite his attempts to keep people at a certain distance. In general I'm open to pretty much anyone though!
Any plans/plots for the future? Thiiiis truthiness event is going to do a number on Hizumi; not only is he going to find out that his body is not shutting down like expected (which is, in his case, a very bad thing) but he won't even be able to keep it a secret either, aha... It's probable that he will be trying to put himself out of commission until the event is over with.
Anything else?: He lives in Pisces 11-03! Also, he works at an arcade in the Cancer ward. Every so often he'll explore during the Thirteenth Hour, mostly for the sake of finding any new buildings that might appear. However, despite carrying around both a revolver and a fancy flaming sword, he tries to avoid fights.

Any plans/plots for the future? His thinking process to become more complex, potential idea to make him close to Black Sig.
Anything else?: Apartment room is Pisces 6-07! I just now realized that he's rooming right next to a greenhouse apartment, and I am so tempted to say that he spends his nights there more than his apartment room.

Canon: World of Darkness (specifically Vampire: the Masquerade)
Arcana: Strength (Unlucky Arcana: The Chariot, The High Priestess, Death, The Sun)
Personality: Vampire with a heart and an overinflated sense of personal responsibility. Has a bit of a saving-people thing, a bit of a martyr thing... he's actually fairly together, but having to run a city full of vampires when you're trying to hang on to human morality is frustrating.
Type of CR Desired: Anybody! Nice-guy friends are good, people to actively twig his issues (a "murder is the best solution" mentality is the big one, but generally being actively counterproductive annoys him) and be enemies are good, other wizards or nonhumans for magic/weird stuff shenanigans are good!
Any plans/plots for the future? I plan to get him involved in the truth plot so that a) more people can find out he's a vampire, seeing as he's actively lied to people about that, and b) a little more of his backstory turns out. Also, I'd love to try and get him involved in efforts to work on a long-term solution to the whole "pulled out of reality and full of demons" issue Hinoto-Ri has. Kind of hits close to home for him. Finally... it might be amusing if someone found out how much of a Parrothead (Jimmy Buffett fan) he is.
Anything else?: He's in Pisces 7-03. Important note if you meet him face-to-face: Maugris has the capability to see auras, and can read emotions, detect lies, and discern what type of creature you are (though if he doesn't know what that thing is your aura probably won't tell him a lot except "not human"). He has a permission post for this, it's here. Also, being a vampire, he's only out at night, and incidentally large fires around him have a nonzero chance of making him flip out and run away in terror. He's also an extremely skilled investigator, has vast stores of occult knowledge, and speaks French conversationally.
Character: Erk

Arcana: The Hermit (Unlucky Arcana: The Chariot, The Sun, Strength & The Empress)
Personality: Studious, determined, uptight. Good at politeness when he tries, sarcastic when he's annoyed, easily flustered when strong displays of emotion are involved.
Type of CR Desired: Erk works best if he has someone silly to bounce off of, especially if they're likely to start wacky antics or otherwise be pushy about their silliness. But other Only Sane Man characters are fun to commiserate with, and other magically or scientifically inclined people are good for having him work things out. I'd love to have him meet some of the other FE peeps around!
Any plans/plots for the future? Erk is liable to start going to school at some point once he's figured out it's something 16-year-olds do in this world. He may also spend a lot of time in the library trying to get a grip on both modern technology and just how things work in Hinoto-Ri. I want to have him awaken his Persona sometime soon, even if it means I'm going to have to decide what Mimir actually looks like for these purposes - I'm thinking giant floating head. (Speaking of things we haven't had for a while, what about a big general log?))
Anything else?: Erk lives in Pisces 5-04. His main talents are magic, studying, and persisting in doing things long past the point where he should, to the extent of being actively unhealthy.
I should probably play somebody who isn't a wizard one of these years. Also I words too much, but this isn't news.

Personality: Still an anti-social dork who is somewhat coming to terms that his brother isn't a replacement for him, but he still doesn't like Rock, and who is actually pretty okay underneath the anti-social-ness. He just sucks at expressing it, etc etc.
Type of CR Desired: Pretty much anyone and anything that could force him to interact with others, children/kids as Blues does have a soft spot for them (as in he honestly can't bring himself to being a jerk to them), sciencey types! and well... gimme all your bad influences as well.
Any plans/plots for the future? Things with Rock, dependent on canon shenanigans, getting his core tinkered with, finally having him get his COMP watch fixed. That's about it really.
Anything else?: Blues lives in Libra, apartment 10-03, and works at DeDeDe's bar. He was absent there until after the kidnappings, since he did promise his boss he'd start showing up to work after all that. So if your character goes to the Penguin's Nest they can totes recognize him. He's also a fightan robot so, idk, if you need heavy lifting and something shot? Come poke him.

Personality: Little Miss Snarker was originally named the Ruri after her.
Type of CR Desired: Ruri is nearing her limits of being able to deal with stupid magic and isolating herself. People who will drag her out, perhaps show her that not ALL magic is completely retarded.
Any plans/plots for the future? At some point she's going to try and hack the city, mostly because she thinks the people running the networks are idiots. Note: Ruri thinks everyone is an idiot, including herself sometimes.
Anything else?: Ruri lives in her ship, the Nadesico, which she has parked at the park and runs the onsen for anyone who wants to visit as a job, or at least she lets her ship's AI run it mostly. She also has access to one of the few mecha storage and repair facilities but doesn't really have any engineers to repair, she can just put robots in there.
Character: Elzam Branstein aka Rätsel Feinschmecker
Canon: Super Robot Wars OG (Game verse)
Arcana: Wheel of Fortune
Personality: Elzam IS the mysterious stranger who swoops in for the rescue, or the sort of crazy chef who is there to put things in perspective.
Type of CR Desired: Elzam is a catalyst so he needs situations and people who can use his skills.
Any plans/plots for the future? Er, not so much.
Anything else?: Elzam runs a dinner cart that travels the city, most nights he's also open on the 13th hour if someone wants noodles after fighting a demon.
