Persona Brainstorming: Velvet/Aramid + Dual Personas Edition

▼ PERSONA BRAINSTORMING

 

Some of us find the idea of using Tony the Tiger, Tyrannosaurus Rex, or Tenchi Masaki as a Persona to be one of the coolest parts of the game, but aren't confident when it comes to developing and submitting them to be used.  Some of us love creating Persona skill sets and are willing to help bring others' dreams of a cereal-related Persona to fruition.

Plus, there's Dual Personas.  These can be even more complicated to create, but even more of a payoff once done.  To get the best Persona that both players are pleased with, you'll need to do some planning.

▼ HOW TO PLAY

 

1) The first thread will be titled Velvet/Aramid Room Personas.  If you have an idea for a Persona you want to see for public use, but haven't been able to create and submit yourself, reply to this thread with the Persona name in the subject line.
2) Also create a thread listing your own characters.
3) If there's an idea in the Velvet/Aramid thread that intrigues you, jump in and start helping out.  Even if it's just little things such as that Tony the Tiger would totally be a Chariot Persona, or if you want to write a whole skill set then and there - anything will help.
4) In your CR's personal threads, reply to them throwing out ideas for what their Dual Personas could be.

I kind of want to make a level 1 Moon Persona, but I can't think of anything appropriate to style it after. Anyone else interested in helping me brainstorm?

The Moon represents illusion and mystery, the mainstays of a stage magician. It also represents a goal that is clouded or obscured, like Houdini's lifelong unsuccessful quest to find actual magic (which had the positive upshot of dispelling the illusions of a lot of predatory hucksters, though)

So I was thinking of designing a Gashadokuro Persona aka giant fuck-all skeleton monster born from dead of starvation people's bones.

And I'm stuck on, what else, the 8th skill.

What skills does it already have? Fear/Ghastly Wail, Dark, and Physical seem like appropriate focuses, but level 3 gives a whole lot of options.

Mostly Physicals & Fear-focused for this one.

▷Odokuro (Inflicts a large amount of Physical damage twice with a 20% chance of Fear on one enemy)

And then maybe make the Mutation Skill an instant-KO to represent the "biting your head off" thing.

The Faceless Old Woman Who Lives in Your Home could be an Empress persona, or a reversed Empress. The Glow Cloud as a Wheel of Fortune (or the Devil) would work, I think!
