Personality: Sweet young woman but bad at cooking and has a weird sense of humor. Pretty loyal to friends so if you befriend her, you would be stuck. AND NEVER MENTION THE HOT STUD THING.
Special Info: Hmm, she likes using fans and will laugh at any random/stupid thing. And could get drunk off no booze drinks. And most people can pass out due to how bad her food is.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Open up a bit more outside the IT. She needs to do things.

Does Yukiko want cooking lessons? Ruri grew up with a chef and is actually a patient teacher. That and she knows nothing about the Hot stud thing.
