It's been a month since the game started, and maybe you just want to plot some more CR (because who the hell doesn't). This meme is for you! Here's your steps to greatness (and CR):
1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this post.

I'm including a section for what Personae you have - we've established in the games that having a Persona of the same type does increase CR development, after all.

Personality: Short version: the ultimate linefacer with a weird sense of humor. No, seriously, Yu doesn't emote much, but he knows how to crack a joke, even if he does do it in a complete deadpan.
Special Info: Totally an inner sci-fi fan boy. Also has the biggest sister complex since his Persona existed.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Yu's... pretty open for anything? If you follow me on plurk, I come up with the most random ideas, but yeah. What I want most right now is to have him end up with all the part time jobs ever, one of which being with Izanami and Yosuke at a library. Yosuke for the lulz, Izanami for THE FEELS.

Atsuro Kihara | Devil Survivor

Persona Name & Mythos: Enki, Sumerian god of crafting, mischief, water, intelligence, and creation. Stats here.

Personality: Something of a genius hacker/programmer, Atsuro is a seventeen year old high school student plunged into a nightmare beyond anything he could have possibly imagined. Throughout the entirety of the lockdown, he tries to keep an upbeat outlook for the sake of his friends, continuing to maintain a sense of humor even as the world crumbles. He has strong convictions in the worth of humanity and believes that man can ascend to great heights if they can find the power to do so; in the end, it's his quick intellect and his convictions that lead to the domination of all demon-kind by humanity. ...On his route, at least. Atsuro's defining characteristic is his loyalty, being the only character who will believe in his best friend no matter which path he chooses to go.
Special Info: Atsuro is a hacker and programmer, second in Tokyo only to his instructor, Naoya, who has rather a lot of experience, being thousands of years old and all. Given the current state of his world, he also brings with him his ability to summon demons. The demons he has with him are Kabuso, Power, Shiisaa, Laksmi, Badb Catha, and Seiten Taisei; no specific reason for these choices apart from being carry-overs from the last game I played him in.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Nothing specific at the moment! The goal right now is simply to acclimatize to Phoenix City and forge some new relationships. Devil Survivor had no 'social-link' type mechanic, so he needs more friends to make up for it, right?
Specific CR: High school kids around his age, anyone who's familiar with demon summoning, anyone who likes nerdy things like video games and anime and fiddling around with computers, people to help him train his Persona, girls he can replace Yuzu with by annoying to death... anything, really!

THE BLACK CAT | GHOST TRICK

Name: His name is a spoiler for a bit of the game, if you haven't played it yet, but- it's Sissel and just don't interact with him if you don't want spoilers because he is a walking talking spoiler.
Astrological Sign: Taurus
Arcana: Temperance
Unlucky Arcana: Tower, Empress, Magician & Hermit.
Persona Name & Mythos: Sinh, of Buddhist origin. Not sure if he nabbed anything from the Velvet Room.
Personality: A slightly selfcentered cat who can speak telepathically with others. Likes people, though has a special place in his life for those who need guidance (aka, morality pets). Keeps to himself unless he wants to talk. Deadpan snarker and lone straight man to the core in his canon.
Special Info: He spent a day as a human, and is a perpetual kitten. He can't be killed - as he's a ghost possessing a constantly regenerating cat. He has feels for people who die and return to life, and anyone who dies near him will experience gaining his powers (and becoming a ghost with his sort of abilities, as well). He is also a beautiful kitten none a' y'all can compete.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Morality petting, having a plot based around people dying in his range and then wreaking havoc with their powers that result, etc, etc. Also, Sissel needs to have places to stay, so he's all over anyone who wants to take him in. Just know he's in and out like the wind, sometimes.
Specific CR: People who need morality pets, please apply.

Simon | Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

Personality: Calm, easygoing, and kinda lazy most of the time. When shit hits the fan, though, he pulls a 180 into one of the most hot-blooded determinators around. He's all about doing stuff your own way and doesn't take well to being controlled or the suggestion of being destined for stuff.
Special Info: He has a giant robot, and with enough burning spirit he can bend the laws of physics and reality in the name of Doing Cool Shit.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Punch out some bad dudes, make some friends, probably make some folks think he's crazy with the whole "never give up" spiel.
Specific CR: People that don't gel with determinators are very welcome, as well as other hot-blooded types - but I'm quite open to anything, really.

Brainstorm | The Transformers [IDW Comics] | NPC

Personality: An irritable, workaholic, attention-craving scientist with an enormous ego in desperate need of stroking. He thinks he's better than everyone, and isn't afraid to let them know it.
Special Info: He's a giant, sentient transforming robot from outer space. He also did a lot of work on the watches, COMPs, and the transporters that brought people's big items here. He can fix your stuff if you break it, but he won't be happy about it. Also has a mysterious briefcase he carries everywhere that he doesn't like to be asked about. Which means you should totally have your characters ask about it. Keep in mind though that it actually hasn't been legitimately revealed what's in it yet, so an actual answer is impossible, but annoying CR for him is wonderful.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Provide cutting commentary, weaponry, and condescension as needed.
Specific CR: Please annoy the ever-loving crap out of him.

So since Naoya is in reality a six thousand year old dude with a grudge against God who totally tried to get the world overrun with demons and more importantly, no longer needs to play nice and teach Atsuro everything he knows, Atsuro totally needs someone else to fanboy over. Special Info: He tried to take over the world once by having a trio of his combat robots form a heavy metal band to play hypnotizing music to try and bend humanity to his will. He is full of ridiculous takeover ideas.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Provide small plots now and then where he attacks some stuff in the city with the assistance of his various Robot Masters, and get defeated. Also yell a lot in a ridiculous German accent. And poop his pants whenever he runs into X.
Specific CR: NEED MOAR BAD GUYS.

Barnaby's not a bad guy, but putting down robots isn't new to him, so he'd be willing to do that if he saw any Robot Masters on the loose. He's also a good straight-man to contrast against other people's wacky shenanigans, so there is that.

Special Info: Has died and returned to life. Is good at horseback archery and has some amount of leadership skills. Is a princess from Japan.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Random adjusting-to-future-life shenanigans for now
Specific CR: Could use some relationship advice regarding Kisuke. Also looking for Support Persona users, but the payoff for that would be much later.

Personality: Nice guy who helps other people out when they need it. His main driving motivation is the protection of those he holds dear. A little awkward in social situations and can be a maverick, but also loyal and unwilling to give up.
Special Info: He's a Normal in a world containing psychics (including his father and his rival). He spent a long time angsting over that. He's also a mecha pilot, and he almost always dresses predominantly in white. His mech is white, too.
Plots/Goals for This Character: I'd like to have him awakening his Persona to protect someone he cares about -- though since there aren't any castmates here, that's still a ways off. Also to get him some close friends that he prefers to fight alongside.
Specific CR: Mecha pilots. People with additional powers (though nothing too powerful). Enemies would be great, too. But in general, I'm good with whatever.

Personality: In short: Calm and collected for the most part, a sort of motherly figure who has no idea about how to handle humanity and its contradictory behavior. Just beware the sadistic and cruel streak. After all, hell hath no fury of that of a woman scorned.
Special Info: She's dead, Jim. Comes with being the Goddess of the Land of the Dead. She also has the power that comes with it, along with creation and illusory magic considering she doesn't walk around as a mummy at best due to not wanting to freak out the children she helped to create.
Plots/Goals for This Character: I'm pretty open for anything, really. As such, there is a lot of trolling to come from this one.
Specific CR: COME AT ME, BRO.

I feel rotten since I got a shaky start in this game with my two characters ._.; Hopefully things will be getting better now. I apologize to anyone I brushed off or was slow with, wasn't my intention to ignore you. Just had a rough little spat with RP everywhere.

Name: Rin Tohsaka. Hailing from Japan, she primarily tells people to call her Tohsaka over Rin.

Astrological Sign: Aquarius.

Arcana: The Devil.

Unlucky Arcana: Strength/Lust, Star, Priestess & Hierophant.

Persona Name & Mythos: Morgan Le Fay || Arthurian Legend

Personality: Tsundere, suffering from PTSD due to coming from a bad end in her Holy Grail War. Failure with technology due to her pride as a magus, but she's willing to learn. Knows Chinese Martial Arts and can manipulate the five elements back home. Was popular (voted the most popular female student at school), but had no real friends back home. Family situation is awful. While clever, she does have a habit of screwing up when it matters most.

Plots/Goals for This Character: Mostly adapting and getting back to her 'normal' personality. Someone stupid to get close to her (because if her affection towards Shirou Emiya is anything to comment on, apparently it's morons that get her to let her guard down), maybe she can take them on as an apprentice. She did have to kill her own sister (even if she wasn't close to her at the time), so she's trying to sort through that. She will probably work on evaluating her own magic against Persona and see if there's any holes she can manipulate here.

Specific CR: I imagine for a while most of her CR will be negative and kept at an arm's length, but beneficial in the long run. Which is perfect since she plays the support role with her Persona see the typical tsundere role. General people who are patient and very thick when it comes to being bullied will benefit in the end with this social link. Max rank means seeing her without the thigh-highs. So shoot for the stars!!

Persona Name & Mythos: Coyote, Native American Mythology. He may also now have Cleopatra depending how Velvet Room things go.
Personality: Hacker troll, likes dango and people who aren't annoying. May or may not count as an antagonist since he's from an SMT game. Way older than you (in almost all cases). Knows everything about pretty much everything in his world.
Special Info: Uhhh yeah the whole memory/age thing. Don't mention God around him unless you want to be yelled at. Messians beware. :|
Plots/Goals for This Character: He's going to be affected by this event. Not super badly but yeah.
Specific CR: Someone he can actually care about? It's hard for him. Send me all of your religious characters so he can be angry at them - I mean. 8D; Alternatively someone he can match wits with would be nice, too.

Personality: Not a NEET tyvm Outlandish and crazy, this girl's random antics seem to have no real limit. From randomly stripping herself of her clothes to trying to dive into Mahiro's pants, she's really hard to pinpoint an exact personality for. One thing's for certain: she's not like that other Nyarlathotep fellow! An otaku, a collector, and a heroine, she's got a wide range of interests. Even if she's not really nice towards other people, she's calmed down a bit here in favor of not scaring away all potential CR due to post-series stuff.

Plots/Goals for This Character: Not getting forked. She's so open and wide, so I'm able to throw her into anything. She is a Scorpio so this upcoming event in October will be a lot of fun with her. I'd love to start plotting for that for sure. SAN rolls everywhere!!

Specific CR: She gets along really well with others who are into collecting merchandise and playing video games, but more importantly, anyone who's willing to help Mahiro and her get close. In an intimate way. You know you want to help the happy couple :]

Mitsuru Kirijo | Persona 3

Personality: Intimidating, powerful former heir to a internationally renowned company, some of Mitsuru's personality stems a lot from that description alone. She's a woman that know what she wants and how to handle people (most times)in the case of being in a leadership position. She's not exactly your standard fun-loving teenager and thinks more along the business side of life. However, she's pretty insecure of herself when in more normal situations... or nightclubs. Nightclubs are terrifying to her now.
Special Info: Daughter of one of the city's Wise Men, which is still sorta a secret and she wants to keep it that way. Still has her motorcycle here. Extensive use of Persona (so she's sorta like a veteran). Closet Mother-hen extraordinare. And I really don't know what else right now
Plots/Goals for This Character: I really wouldn't mind her trying to organize a Persona Dos and Donts class, helping to train the newbies. Other than that, the only other plan I had for her was to maaaaaybe explore the tower that appears Gemini during the Dark Hour. Uh, for more non-srsbnz things, more girlfriends or just general people to chill out with? That's about it really :|a

Personality: A lineface messianic archetype. He's quiet and acts cool, and he's a good listener, but he's also kind of a dork. He's also bad at telling people 'no,' so if you ever want a favor, he's a good guy to ask.
Special Info: He's an experienced persona user, and he's also technically dead. He plays violin, likes to draw things and goes running several mornings a week.
Um... he also really likes karaoke, movies and video games. :D
Plots/Goals for This Character: I'm game for anything, but he's sort of been avoiding dealing with his own feelings on having died and the aftermath. He has to deal with that eventually...
On lighter notes, he'll probably start going to school again because Mitsuru-senpai would expect it!, get a job, stuff like that... Also, a karaoke club is going to happen at some point. It totally should.

Also, also, Elizabeth wants him to smile more. This is a goal! c:

Specific CR: girls to date I mean um. Actually, I'd really like him to eventually find more people who pay close attention to small details. Friends, enemies, whatever - just people who would keep his quiet, self-sacrificial tendencies in check to an extent.

But really, any sort of friends, rivals, etc. are welcome. Minato is prime material be dragged into clubs, harebrained schemes, etc. because, as mentioned, he isn't very good at saying 'no'.

Also, I work on weekdays and therefore tend to be very slow about tagging on weekdays. If ever there's something you need replies on right away, please don't hesitate to shoot me an IM, PM or plurk.

A talented as hell seamstress, bodyguard and ninja though.
Plots/Goals for this character: Jun is a procrastinator so she's happy not getting too involved in the whole persona thing without a reason, but she'd love to make more friends.
Specific CR: Need someone to make you sexy clothes? Jun is your girl.

Also it would be great if someone hired her as a bodyguard or something idk.

Personality: He's a cranky tsundere bastard who just wants to be left alone half the time. But when he doesn't want to be left alone, Shinagawa is a born leader who loves to have people to order around and also to help out when they need it. Despite his delinquent-like appearance, he was made for team work and helping others. He was the Student Council vice president after all. He's also an idiot with no sense of modesty at all.
Special Info: He's as blind as a bat without his contact lenses, and blond isn't his natural colour. Shock horror, I know. He smokes. He hangs out in bathroom stalls - not like that! He's overly competitive about dumb shit (low test scores, cheer leading, and worse). While he loves helping people, he never stops complaining until the job's done. Also back home he was addicted to some shitty no-name MMORPG where he was the best banana merchant ever. He misses it. Oh and his Persona is a girl.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Shinagawa is going to lose his contact lenses pretty soon, and try to hide it. Which means he won't be able to see anything until someone forces him to go get glasses/new contacts. Other classy ideas include getting locked out of his room naked and sneaking out during curfew because that's what you're supposed to do!! Even though...the curfew doesn't apply to these guys. Yeeesh. But he also needs a collection of losers people to help. Seriously. No problem is too small for him to get involved in. Like, if you've lost your key? He'll help you find it since you won't stop bitching about it. He's a class act, really.
Specific CR: Fellow high school losers! And bring me all your tsundere, your hot blooded knuckle heads, your bookworms and more! By which I mean – people his own age would be great, but if you're not his age then you can still hang with him. And someone please tell him that having a girl persona is not a bad thing.

Minako Arisato | Persona 3

Special Info: Some of her interests are music, volleyball, cooking, crafts (especially knitting), arcades and karaoke, being a closet cinephile and fighting with her Personas. But she's really up for much of anything if it's spending time with a friend. And she's actually from a parallel universe from half her cast and her brother and would like to keep that a secret.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Don't have much here, except I'd like for her to get a job somewhere and make lots of friends. She could use a few training partners, and because of Daichi she's thinking about getting a motorcycle license again...
Specific CR: She's up for anything, yo.

Personality: Polite, aloof, but will give 110% to a job once he's committed to it. He's very skilled at faking friendly behavior, and generally doesn't talk to people without some kind of pretense (Kotetsu is the only exception). His "friendly" persona hides some of his jerkass tendencies, which in turn hide his warm, gooey sugary center. Not heartless, but usually doesn't care about other people's personal problems. Barnaby is generally cool and collected, but he can become hot-blooded and volatile if someone pushes the right buttons. He may act more hostile toward anyone who tries to meddle in his personal business, or someone who is actively trying to become close to him.
Special Info: Technology and robots/androids awaken his inner child. Loves opera and classical music. Soft spot for parents/children. Struggles with PTSD and is currently suffering from a serious bout of depression due to Reasons, but won't be terribly obvious about it to most people unless something horrifying catches him off guard. Hanging out with Kotetsu is a great way to net CR with him because they're addicted to each other.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Learning more about Personas would be a great start. He's pretty suspicious about the whole thing because he's unfamiliar with it, so anyone willing to help teach him more would be appreciated. Barnaby is also still trying to acclimate himself to the city before he commits to stuff like a job or tries to obtain more Personas. He's kind of like a neurotic cat who hates sudden change, okay. His birthday is also coming up on Halloween!
Specific CR: I'm up for anything! Well-meaning shounen types can sometimes grate on him, while he'll have a smoother time interacting with down-to-business characters. Might be easier to find reasons for him to talk with people living in the Libra building.

I was legitimately sad he didn't get to run in to Ideo during the mission stuff, and someday I want to have them interact regardless.

It's mostly just 'cos I want to see what happens, given Ideo is neurotic unless someone talks business at him, and hey look he'll actually give information out!!!!!!!

Personality: Lovably inept main character of a popular adventure game series. Also: Klepto, self-aggrandizing, and prone towards convoluted solutions to everything.
Special Info: He has an irrational fear of porcelain. Also, he's married. And he really resents the fact his Persona is the figment of ANOTHER man's imagination.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Generally speaking, Guybrush is comic relief. His biggest issues to deal with right now are: a.) coping with his Persona, and b.) dealing with the fact that his worst enemy is a Persona option. Beyond that, he's open, but be prepared for a lot of disasters.
Specific CR: Not really, but it's worth noting he's automatically going to dislike anybody who claims the LeChuck Persona. Of course, since LeChuck is a level 3, that's a while away.

Unlucky Arcana: Emperor, the Sun, the Priestess, and Judgement/Aeon.
Persona Name & Mythos: Ballos. aka The Secret Final Boss of Cave Story.
Personality: Unpleasantly mocking and condescending at some times, incredibly standoffish and irritable at others. She tends to use people rather than befriend them, although she's already developed a couple of exceptions. She pretty much thinks she's better than everybody else. But she's got her own insecurities she doesn't talk about, and she can actually be pretty loyal if she wants to be. SMT-alignment wise, she's pure neutral.
Special Info: Misery is flat out racist against most robots, but she's actually trying to combat that thanks to the actions of Quote and Curly. Still, she'll generally be even more unpleasant to robots and robot users than she is to other people, and that's saying something. She's also the resident item synther, so bear in mind that helping her out may lead to useful items or plot devices in and of itself.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Misery's a hard person to get close to, but there's avenues to do so. A lot of her basic plot threads will be developing new items for use, so if there's any ideas you have for random other potions or shenanigans (love potions and crap like that), shoot me a line and I'll pass it by the mods. In the meantime, she's working on accepting her Persona, and based on how things go her final Persona may either be Ballos Core or Redeemed Ballos. I'd definitely like to form some semi-positive social links for her even if she IS obnoxiously antisocial.
Specific CR: Definitely want to work more on the weird "reformed villain's alliance" between her and Oersted.

Plots/Goals for This Character: I don't have any yet. I'm game with pretty much anything out there as I'm trying to get a feel for the character in the setting. That being said Ruri is slightly afraid/disturbed by her persona and is trying to figure out just how broken she is because of it.
Specific CR: Ruri needs someone to drag her places, she won't get out much without that. Maybe also someone to pull on her not sci fi character skills too.

Personality: Theo is a book-- No okay. The baby of the three Velvet Attendants who is rather childish and tries to act smarter than he really is. Takes metaphors and idioms literally. His humor lies in his immediate arrogance and assumptions of things he doesn't know the purpose of. Otherwise, he's a helpful and apparently charming individual, if the girls at Gekkoukan have anything to swoon about.
Special Info: Heheh, I put some in his personality... Takes idioms, wordplay, and etc literally. He can also tell the temperature of a liquid by putting his hand into it and can sense differences between humans and "unusual" sorts, such as beings like himself (representatives of power) and gods and Shadows and robots and yeah. You've got it. He has a fondness for cute girls sweets and is reluctant to change, so he's still pretty stuck on being a former Velvet Attendant. He loves helping others. Is, surprisingly, one of the most forward in romantics terms if you allow him to be so.
Plots/Goals for This Character: Part-time jobs because he needs something to do, remodeling his entire room to suit his Velvet Needs, signing people up for things such as upcoming books... I'd really love to see him go from a Reversed Aeon to just an Aeon, really, but in order to do that he needs help in learning to accept "change" and to accept that what he feels isn't his fault. Sinful feelings such as adoration for one's guest is strictly off limits, after all, and he feels bad for also sitting back while Elizabeth decided to take off on her journey. he hasn't realized that his has already begun. So there's that. I'd also like for him to attempt to cook.
Specific CR: Urataros that first impression was fabulous I WANT SOMEONE TO TELL HIM THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO ELIZABETH or be as stingy as Margaret. He can be his own person! His own person is someone who is eager to learn and is filled with childish delight, so please someone tell him it's okay to be like that! Enjoy yourself, Theodore! Shinjiro Aragaki — Persona 3

Name: Shinjiro Aragaki

Astrological Sign: Leo

Arcana: Hierophant

Persona Name & Mythos: Castor from Greek mythology.

Personality: On the surface, Shinjiro's basically a jerkish anti-social loner who tries to keep everyone at arm's length. But deep down, once you get past his unfriendly facade he's constructed around himself, he's actually a very nice, gentle guy. Dude just has issues miles long and miles wide. So he's basically your grumpy jerk with a hidden heart of gold.

Special Info: Animals automatically get a +2 s.link bonus. But yes, he has a soft spot for animals—dogs especially— though it's not like he'd buckle down and admit it. He's also very good at cooking (not that he'll mention it). He also tends to wander around, especially in the back alleyways in the more questionable parts of town—like in the Sagittarius district, for instance. So there's a lot more potential for CR through logs than via the network, since Shinjiro's rather disinclined to communicate through those. He's also an experienced Persona user in his canon, even though he doesn't care for his power very much. Again, due to Reasons.

Plots/Goals for This Character: I'm open for any plotting. If you have an idea, chances are I can work with you. His main overarching goal probably lies somewhere in the region of accepting his Persona and coming to terms with it. Though not like that'll happen overnight.

Specific CR: I'm open and welcome to any.

Most of their interactions especially initially are going to center around or at least involve Minako, I think.

But eventually -- or perhaps during some such time -- they definitely need to just ... stand against a wall, watching stuff. :| Their entire interaction can be pure bracket text or whatever with only ellipses for dialogue.
