Persona Brainstorming: Velvet/Aramid + Dual Personas Edition

▼ PERSONA BRAINSTORMING

 

Some of us find the idea of using Captain Crunch, Cutie Honey, or Cama Zotz as a Persona to be one of the coolest parts of the game, but aren't confident when it comes to developing and submitting them to be used.  Some of us love creating Persona skill sets and are willing to help bring others' dreams of a cereal-related Persona to fruition.

Plus, there's Dual Personas.  These can be even more complicated to create, but even more of a payoff once done.  To get the best Persona that both players are pleased with, you'll need to do some planning.

▼ HOW TO PLAY

 

1) The first thread will be titled Velvet/Aramid Room Personas.  If you have an idea for a Persona you want to see for public use, but haven't been able to create and submit yourself, reply to this thread with the Persona name in the subject line.
2) Also create a thread listing your own characters.
3) If there's an idea in the Velvet/Aramid thread that intrigues you, jump in and start helping out.  Even if it's just little things such as that Captain Crunch would totally be a Sun Persona, or if you want to write a whole skill set then and there - anything will help.
4) In your CR's personal threads, reply to them throwing out ideas for what their Dual Personas could be.

They're both LVL 1 right now, no complications there. As far as Minor Arcana go, I was thinking probably the Ace of Cups? You can make an argument for Two of Swords' blocked emotions on Agatha's side but Midori seems to be getting through to her pretty well.

Yep. Also, oldest relative gave her a sound talking-to and I do not know my arcanas well so ACE OF CUPS IT IS. /o/

From Maat Midori can contribute: Basic Analysis, Distraction, Posumudi, Patra, Weakness Scan, CommLink, Copper Wall, or Ani.

And Agatha can contribute from Armaiti: Basic Analysis, Distraction, Dia, Media, Recarm, CommLink, Enemy Radar, or Retundi.

Distraction's a pretty bad skill for a Dual Persona where you have to be with one other person. Let's give White Mage Basic Analysis and CommLink.

so tell me our crosscanon skill can't be a variant of Spare The Cain And Spoil The Child

also for Midori's emotion skill I was thinking of New Friend Request (Recovers a small amount of HP to one ally and cures Charm.)

i literally cannot with that name suggestion. i am sorry. as in i literally cannot to the point that it took me way too long to reply to this.

Sure, Basic Analysis and CommLink sounds like a good combo - and yes, New Friend Request (WHICH AGATHA TOTALLY DID NOT FALL FOR HRRRRGH NOT FRIENDS NOT FEELINGS /stomp.)

For Aggie's emotion skill, maybe... De Nial (Raises all allies' physical and magic defense, but only lasts until the allies are hit)?
