Ahh Hinoto-Ri. City of lights, questionable Wards, the 13th Hour and Personas. A city that requires your aid in saving it, but sometimes in the strangest of ways...

▼ SCENARIO 1: A note to remember

Japanese school may be rather different for you, but you've been adjusting! However, something unexpected gets dropped desk (or foot locker) today.

Hmmm. This might be, well it would depend what type of person you are, actually. But the question is, how do you react? And most importantly, who do you accuse?

▼ SCENARIO 2: Teenbeat Magazine!

Today, you're browsing through the recently received news when you see the following message pop up on the screen:

LIKE OMG we've got the sexiest of the Visitors and who's totally dateable this Valentine's month!!! THE RESULTS ARE IN AND---

Naturally, upon scrolling down, you see a picture of yourself in nothing but your swimwear. And almost immediately, it seems there are people on the street beginning to glance in your direction...

They told you about Q's . Truth be told, you didn't expect him to ask you for this, but he needs a ~~guinea pig~~ no seriously guinea pig to test out his newest vehicle. It's the 13th Hour, and the night sky above is stained red. He looks at you before you start driving.

"Now do be careful. I've installed all sorts of weapons inside the old girl. If you could bring it back in one piece?"

No problem, you think, before you realize you have no idea what all these buttons do. Now what?

...Wait.

...Do you even have a driving license......?

▼ SCENARIO 5: A Night in Hinoto-Ri

The 13th hour. Although technically the 25th hour of each day, it is the time when the world seems to change - the entire city turns a shade of dark red, demons emerge from the shadows, buildings shift and dangers lurk in every corner.

But it's your job to make this safer. Just be careful of what you run into --

...oookay. This might be a little trickier than normal.

▼ SCENARIO 6: Arrival

It's getting colder with each passing day. The nights are getting longer, which the demons seem to like, but it makes the city that more dangerous. Of course you wouldn't exactly know that because you just got here.

Maybe if you can find someone who knows exactly what is happening, you'll be able to confirm that it wasn't just a dream. Remember, the man you talked with (butterfly-mask guy?) said you were here as a Special Guest. If this is the city you're supposed to save, maybe he should have given you a map or something. Time to start exploring on your own...

[He could walk past her and pretend he doesn't know her just fine. It's her words that make him slow to a stop, though. He peers at her with a look of surprise that seems genuine, but it's not his facial expressions he needs to worry about. It's his voice. He needs to put his training to good use and control his shreds of emotion better than he did in the courtroom, because he knows damn well she'll be listening.]

Oh, well yes. Of course I am! If I wasn't, how would you be talking to me?

[That's right. She will be listening. An expression isn't enough to fool her.]

To think I'm stuck in a strange place that I don't know. Out of all of the people I could be stuck with... it has to be you.

[He rationalizes exactly what sort of emotions to try and convey; Mostly surprise, but with a bit of sadness. The trouble is actually getting to those emotions and then sticking with them, because unless he's genuinely invested in them, they have a tendency to sink away into the nothingness again. That's why, if Athena listens hard enough, she'll hear the emotions fluctuate. Like static.]

That's... a really rude thing to say to someone. The least you could do is get to know someone before deciding you can't stand them.

[Oh she's paying attention. Does she care enough to question him about it though? She wasn't sure about that yet.]

How can I get to know you when you don't even know who "you" are?

[His expression falters, just for a split second. Athena knew exactly which words to pick to actually get through to him, because the harsh reality is that he doesn't truly know the man he sees in the mirror when he takes off his mask. He doesn't remember much about him aside from a few meaningless facts. Nothing that shapes a person.

Still, that's all the more reason why the man behind the mask isn't him. It's just a stranger he doesn't identify with. That's why he chose to keep living as someone he knows quite well.]

[His lips quirk into another wide smile as he reaches for his gun holster, not to pull out a weapon but to reach for his badge. He holds it up with the same vigor he's always used- the same vigor Bobby Fulbright has been using for years.]

Detective Bobby Fulbright's the name! Resident champion of justice!

[It was the same thing that he'd always done. By this point, it really didn't surprise her anymore. So simply staring at him like she had been before...]

Of justice.... Right.....

Right? [He echoes the word with a bit of overdramatic confusion, hoping to mask his inconsistent emotions with theatrics.]

You sound skeptical...

[At this point, it'll be pretty hard to fool Athena with fake theatrics.]

Do you blame me?

Uhm, well... It's more like I'm a little confused.

[And he's trying to manipulate his emotional range to show that, but it's tricky. Very tricky.]

[And she's still not buying it.]

I don't see why you would be.
