Ahh Hinoto-Ri. City of lights, questionable Wards, the 13th Hour and Personas. A city that requires your aid in saving it, but sometimes in the strangest of ways...

▼ SCENARIO 1: A note to remember

Japanese school may be rather different for you, but you've been adjusting! However, something unexpected gets dropped desk (or foot locker) today.

Hmmm. This might be, well it would depend what type of person you are, actually. But the question is, how do you react? And most importantly, who do you accuse?

▼ SCENARIO 2: Teenbeat Magazine!

Today, you're browsing through the recently received news when you see the following message pop up on the screen:

LIKE OMG we've got the sexiest of the Visitors and who's totally dateable this Valentine's month!!! THE RESULTS ARE IN AND---

Naturally, upon scrolling down, you see a picture of yourself in nothing but your swimwear. And almost immediately, it seems there are people on the street beginning to glance in your direction...

Hinoto-Ri's fabled flying dolphins: are they friend or foe? Do you want to try riding one? Or will you just let the majestic creatures continue past undaunted? Whatever happens, be prepared for your life to be changed forever!!!

▼ SCENARIO 4: What do all these buttons do?!

They told you about Q's . Truth be told, you didn't expect him to ask you for this, but he needs a ~~guinea pig~~ no seriously guinea pig to test out his newest vehicle. It's the 13th Hour, and the night sky above is stained red. He looks at you before you start driving.

"Now do be careful. I've installed all sorts of weapons inside the old girl. If you could bring it back in one piece?"

No problem, you think, before you realize you have no idea what all these buttons do. Now what?

...Wait.

...Do you even have a driving license......?

▼ SCENARIO 5: A Night in Hinoto-Ri

The 13th hour. Although technically the 25th hour of each day, it is the time when the world seems to change - the entire city turns a shade of dark red, demons emerge from the shadows, buildings shift and dangers lurk in every corner.

But it's your job to make this safer. Just be careful of what you run into --

...oookay. This might be a little trickier than normal.

▼ SCENARIO 6: Arrival

It's getting colder with each passing day. The nights are getting longer, which the demons seem to like, but it makes the city that more dangerous. Of course you wouldn't exactly know that because you just got here.

Maybe if you can find someone who knows exactly what is happening, you'll be able to confirm that it wasn't just a dream. Remember, the man you talked with (butterfly-mask guy?) said you were here as a Special Guest. If this is the city you're supposed to save, maybe he should have given you a map or something. Time to start exploring on your own...

[... He tries to keep the emotions in his voice under control. He doesn't want her to know just how furious he is at... well. But he knows she'll be able to hear it anyway.]

... People here are occasionally drawn from different points in their timeline, I am told. Tell me, does 'the Phantom' mean anything to you?

[It is pointless. She's just thinking of his well-being, so she doesn't really take into account that there would be a reason until he speaks up again.]

T-The Phantom?! Are you saying...

[You can take that as a yes.]

... Yes. I don't have any proof that it's him, not directly.

[Just a feeling. A horrible, sickening feeling.]

..... So he is here......

[Simon doesn't need to have her sensitive hearing to know that Athena was going through emotional overload. Anger, uncertainty, sick, fear. Why was he here? How is that possible? Would he continue his antics her? And what about those innocent people who were killed because of him? Would it happen again here?]

Damn it! This isn't right!

[He wants to give her a hug, like he did when she was little, but it's not the same anymore.]

I've been keeping an eye on him as best I can. He got a job with the police force here. I haven't seen him do anything wrong as of yet, and... there are enough would-be heroes here that I think a tip-off might be enough to... take care of the problem should we need it.

[He's no murderer, but the Phantom is an exception to almost every single one of his rules.]

[Her anger only grew hearing about the police job.]

Are you serious?!

[She bit her lip from saying more, but it was clear that she found this as outrageous. A dangerous man who'd killed not only her mother and Apollo's best friend, but also almost sending an innocent man to his death for something he didn't really do could be allowed onto the police force?!

And his form of "justice" was bull crap. How can somebody call what he did "justice"? And yet there was nothing they could do about it aside from keeping an eye on him. They had no evidence to use... Evidence was everything after all. Angry tears formed from the corner of her eyes.]

He can't be allowed to roam freely. What about the innocent lives here?

And just what do you expect me to do? It would be my word against his, and I have no evidence to show anyone.

[There was always the possibility of forging evidence, but no. That sort of thing was what spawned the Dark Age of the Law in the first place.]

The only thing I - or anyone, really - can do is wait for him to slip up. Even catching him based on his lack of emotion will do nothing unless it's backed up by something else.

[She knew that... They had no evidence... Nothing to back them up and yet.... That didn't stop her emotions from getting the best of her.

Speaking of which, she had to control herself. She was usually better than this. But when it concerned the Phantom....]

I know... If he's truly working for the police here now.... I imagine it would be difficult for him to get away with killing anybody here, had he had the desire to... Hopefully that will be enough until we can get some solid leads.

[... Extremely tentatively, he reaches out and puts a hand on her shoulder. Physical contact is still weird, but he doesn't have to be able to hear her emotions to know that she needs it.]

Indeed. That blasted Phantom will slip up at some point.

[She's actually a little surprised by the gesture, but she doesn't mind. Strangely it was enough to calm her a little, knowing he was here for her.]

I won't allow anymore people to die because of him. I won't let him ruin anymore lives.

I never really saw the need to change it. And it's not as if most prisoners are allowed a full wardrobe.

Isn't a fruity smelling jacket better than a normal smelling jacket though?
